A man was meritorious born as a rich man’s son. When he was born, he took off his feet first, so he was named Padanikkha. Once, Padanikkha thought in his mind that if I die from this world, there is a chance to go to hell and a chance to go to heaven. Happiness in the human world for one hundred years is not equal to one day in the heaven and suffering in the world for one hundred years is not equal to one day in hell. Suffering in hell is endless. How can I have eternal happiness? One day, when Padanikkha saw a Private Buddha, he thought that in the past, I have offered rice, water, food, cloths, gold and silver as alms, but I do not have permanent happiness. Now, I will worship the Private Buddha by myself. He then gave his children and wife as alms to beggars and then burn himself to worship the Private Buddha.
