The text is the translation of the prayers that is Pali words or sentents with Lao translation. Colophon: Folio 28 on the recto side: Chunlasangkat (CS) 1208, a hwai sanga year, on the eighth day of the waxing day of the second lunar month, the sixth day of the week (Thursday), a kat pao day, the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). The royal king had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years.
