Caja 112: Reúne recortes periodísticos sobre la Segunda Guerra Mundial y la situación en América Latina, además de documentos relativos a la labor parlamentaria de Miguel Morán, diputado por Huaráz, sobre obras hidráulicas, educación y defensa local. Incluye telegramas, folletos políticos del APRA y estudios sobre la demarcación de Áncash. Se conserva abundante documentación económica sobre contratos de salitre, los certificados Watson y el contrato “Aspíllaga”, con informes, solicitudes y opiniones de Hacienda. También contiene actas de gremios y memorandos vinculados a minería, ferrocarriles y deuda externa.
