The lands had been granted in dowry to María Catarina Gil Mendoza.

La compraventa fue realizada por los esposos Manuel José de Flores y María Catarina Gil Mendoza, vendedores y Juan Francisco Cano, comprador. Las tierras habían sido otorgadas en dote a María Catarina Gil Mendoza.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated state, with ink stains, holes, wear, tears at the top of folio 137-138, as well as iron gall ink damage on folios 137v-138r.
