A single stone planted in the middle of the outer tank where water flows out of the middle of the Madavarvilakam big lake. This inscription is engraved in Grantha characters of the Sanskrit language. There is a lake in the western part of the Maḍavarviḷākam village. There is a collection tank (akamaḍai) in the middle of the southern side of the lake from where the water flows out. The inscription is engraved on the stone planted at the centre of the tank.
