The volume contains letters received by the Governor of the colony of Sierra Leone from the Secretary of State for the Colonies. Letters include returns of hospitals and asylum, research on skin diseases, and different official correspondence on agriculture and commerce or about the Vienna Exhibition of 1873. The volume also include some documents from the Italian Consular authorities.
