This manuscript Muthra Lakshna dealt with various types of Muthras in 30 stanzas. நமஸ்கார முத்திரை, கும்ப முத்திரை, தேனு முத்திரை, மகா முத்திரை, அங்குச முத்திரை, விஸ்புத முத்திரை, ஸ்தாபன முத்திரை, சன்னிதான முத்திரை உள்ளிட்ட பல முத்திரைகளின் அமைப்பு முறைகளை எடுத்துரைக்கும் 30 பாடல்களால் ஆனது முத்ராலட்சணம் ஆகும்.
