The Lao monks that lived in abroad took a photo and send it for Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela,former abbot of Vat Saen Suakram Luang Prabang.the message on the verso of this photo said;The area occurance quake at a small town of sea bank,the building remain only a side of the wall and they support by the steel pipe and steel fenced.the photo was taken in about 1990s A.D.
