Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvara Mahathera (1901-1987), the abbot of Vat Khili, the chief monk of Luang Prabang Buddhist Sangha and the supreme advisor for the Buddhist Sangha. This photo was taken when he studying in Bangkok, Thailand in 1930, at the age of 29. He gives this photo to Ajan Chanthee Chanthasoutthi for souvenir.
