Baroda Administration Report 1922-23

This book deals with the State Administration Report of Baroda for the year 1922-23. Condition of agriculture, collection of total amount of revenue, outlook for financial stability and other administrative reports were presented chapterwise by the Dewan of Baroda State Manubhai Nandshankar. Not only administrative reports are gathered but upliftment of cultural aspects of this state is also depicted properly here. Custodial history: The Bauddha Dharmankure Sabha (Bengal Buddhist Association) was founded in the year 1892 by the Most Ven’ble Kripasaran Mahasthavir to work for the revival and regeneration of Buddhism in the land of its birth. This association has an eronmous collection of some rare and precious books, journals, specially they have an extra-ordinary collection regarding Buddhist literature and philosophy in Bengali. The institution has generously allowed the archive team to get access to this material for digitization and as per the copyright rules and regulations. Administrative context: The CSSSC, on realising the importance of copying the collection applied for a grant to the EAP against which EAP921 has been awarded. Calendar: Common Calendar.
