Phanya Phommathattarat, the ruler of Varanasi, who was master of the rulers of other 101 cities. He had a son named Phommathattarat Kumman. When the prince reached the age of 16, he should find a mate. Phanya Phommathattara was informed that Phanya Phan Phommathat of Kasi kingdom had a daughter named Utsa Phommathevathida who was beautiful and fit with his son. The king then ordered Sumana Amat and all the officers to march to Kasi in order to ask for Princess Utsa Phommathevathida. But Phanya Phan Phommathat refused, saying that if a prince had a beautiful figure and could shoot an archer, he would give his daughter to the prince as his wife.
