The content tells the story of Dhammadassi Buddha. The Bodhisatta was born in the royal family of Sarana Nakhon. His father named King Sarana and his mother named Queen Sunanda. Prince Dhammadassi lived in three castles called Araja, Viraja, and Sudassana for 8,000 years, with 220,000 concubines and Vicikolidevi as his queen. His son named Punyavatthana Kumara. When he saw four signs, he was so sad. He then left the worldly life and ordained as an ascetic and practiced for seven days. On the seventh day, the ascetic had a meal of madhupayasa rice offered by Princess Vicikolidevi, his former wife. In the afternoon, the ascetic received eight handfuls of cogon grass from a young man Sirivatthana. The ascetic put the grass as the seat under the Bodhi tree. He attained enlightenment and became a Buddha there.
