The text tells about the Indra who is chief of Tavatimsa heaven, named Surintho witnesses the tumultuous events which will occur to all human beings in the world in the future. The Indra therefore made his message and sent it with Wishnu to propagate in the human beings to practice. The human beings should not neglect to worship the Triple gems and at the same time should perform meritorious deeds by giving alms, practice meditation, observe the five precepts, the eight precepts, and go to the temple for listening to the Dhamma and recall the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha, and pay respect to elders, parents, grandfathers and grandmothers. By doing these, after the death, they will be reborn in the heavenly realm.
