The bundle contains principally commentaries on the Aitareyāranyaka. It contains the following six texts: a Jyotiṣa work - Sāmudrikaśāstra by Pūrvācārya (images 0005-0007). Two copies of the Mokṣapradā (Aitareyāranyakavṛtti) by Ṣaḍguruśiṣya - the āraṇyaka is given here under the name "caturthāraṇyakasūtra" (first copy: f° 6r: end of 1.1; f° 12v: end of 1.2; f° 20r: end of 1.3; f° 23v: end of 1.4; f° 27v: end of 1.5 (end of first āraṇyaka); f° 36r: end of 2.1; f° 40r: end of 2.2; f° 49r: end of 2.3; f° 50r: end of 2.4; f° 53r: end of 2.5; f° 54r: end of 2.6 (end of second āraṇyaka); f° 54v: end of 3.1; f° 60r: end of 3.2; f° 67r: end of 3.3 (end of third āraṇyaka, also called Saṃhitopaniṣad); second copy: f° 10r: end of 1st adhyāya; f° 17r: end of 2nd adhyāya) (images 0009-0143; 0213-0258). Sūtrāraṇyaka - Mahāvrata (a discussion in the form of a commentary on the Mahāvrata, last day of the sattra) (from the beginning, first adhyāya ends on f° 27v) (images 0145-0212). Two copies of [Aitareyāraṇyakaṭippana - prathamāraṇyaka] (first copy: end of 41st adhyāya on f° 3r; second copy: end of 42: f° 5r; end of 43: f° 11r; end of 45: f° 18r) (images 0299-0306; 0259-0297). Only the Sāmudrikaśāstra is complete. The manuscript is in good condition.
