The bundle contains the Aitareyopaniṣad (longer version), with a fragment from the Chāndogyopaniṣad (f° 5r: end of 1st adhyāya; f° 7r: end of 2nd adhyāya; f° 11v: end of 3rd adhyāya; f° 13v: end of 4th adhyāya; f° 14v: end of 5th adhyāya; f° 19r: end of 6th adhyāya; f° 23v: end of 7th adhyāya; the text ends on f° 23; f° 24-25: beginning of the Chāndogyopaniṣad - from 1.1.1 up to 1.2.9). The text is that of the "longer" version of the Upaniṣad, corresponding to āraṇyakas 2 and 3 (in full) of the Aitareyāraṇyaka. The division found here into 7 adhyāyas indicates, though, that the text was most probably considered independent by users of this manuscript. The text is complete. The manuscript is damaged.
