The bundle contains a Tantra work, with some medical considerations as well. It is Nārāyaṇīyavyākhyā, a commentary on Tantrasārasaṃgraha of Nārāyaṇa, also called Nārāyaṇīya. It is composed in Sanskrit, with some annotations in Malayalam. The text is complete, it is divided into 32 paṭalas: f° 1 to 14v: paṭalas 1 to 5; f° 14v to 20v: paṭalas 6 to 10; f° 20v to 27v: paṭalas 11 to 15; f° 27v to 43r: paṭalas 16 to 20; f° 43r to 55r: paṭalas 21 to 25; f° 55r to 73v: paṭalas 26 to 30; f° 73v to 81v: paṭalas 31 to 32; a few lines (2 folios) immediately after the completion of the work deal with hṛdayamantras and other topics connected to Tantric pūjā, they are interrupted on folio 82, but the commentary itself is complete. The manuscript is in good condition.
