This collection is inherited by the present owner. This collection has Hindu text. It belongs to a Buddhist. However, the text is old and written in Newari language. This is important to understand religiosity of Shaiva Newars. It also respresents religious harmony and syncretism as as these are held by Buddhist family and perform rituals for Hindu deity.
