This text is about Pha Mahakatsapa's prediction that, after the Buddha had attained nirvana, his Buddhism would flourish at Phukamphah mountain in Mueang Lakkhinakhòn. The great monk decided to build a That Hua Ok stupa for the Buddha in that area.
