Since Dharmadeva has given to Hare Ṭamaṭā in writing to enjoy the portion of a hill terrace owned by Ghaṇṭe Caṭauta, the writer agrees to withdraw his possession of the said portion, and Hare Ṭamaṭā agrees not to lay claim on the rest of 9/10 shares of the land.

घंटे चटौतको अंश खानु भनी धर्मदेवले हरेटमटालाई घराईसी कागत लेखेको रहेछ, त्यो पाखो खेतको १/१० भाग मात्र घंटेको भएकाले त्यति खानु, अरु दावी नगर्नु भनेर दिएको राजीनामा।.
