Fol. 3-3 rev.: copy; 4-4 rev.: the text of the rules is the same as the previous ones (fol. 2-2 rev.), but the typewritten copy is different.

Condition of original material: All sheets are printed on a typewriter. All sheets are lined on the left side with white paper. Fol. 4: contains an ink stain. The text is faint in places.
