Fols. 26-45: the charter is typewritten with corrections in pen; fols. 66-71: part of the charter on fols. 26-45; fol. 46-65: typewritten charter, corrections made in pen in the text; fol. 78-78: Instructions on how to make changes to the Charter; fols. 74-77: newspaper ‘Monitor polski’ in which the announcement of the amendment of the company's charter was published: Seal of the voivodeship government in Lviv, round; fol. 78: round seal of the ‘Union of Ukrainian Women’ association.

Condition of original material: 1 copy of the Statute printed in a printing house, yellow cover; 3 copies of the Statutes are typewritten. Fol. 26-45: typewritten charter with corrections in blue ink. The leaves are glued on the left side with white paper; fol. 28: glued in the middle with white paper. The sheets are covered with yellow stains. On fol. 65 there are 5 postage stamps, three postmarks and a round seal of the Voivodeship Government in Lviv; on fol. 72 there is a round seal of the Union of Ukrainian Women.
