EAP1150/1/273/2: Pa Lit rvā cāḥ e khyaṅḥ [Pa Litʻ rvā cāʺ e khyaṅʺ] Description: Pa Lit = Pa Lip; rvā cāḥ = village eater; e khyaṅḥ = classical poem addressed to a royal child. the author was given Pa Lip village so he was known as Pa Lip rvā cāḥ (town eater of Pa Lip). The instigator was king Caṇ̃ Kūḥ (leaf v/khe, 8). King Chaṅ Phrū Rhaṅ, who took the title of Sīripavarasuddhammamahā- rājindādhipati, ascended the throne in CS 1125. He was the nephew of Pai Khaṅḥ Kyau Charā tau who was of brahmin caste, born in CS 1000 (Ganthav:1961, 27 states as 1086) at Pu Khanḥ Krīḥ. King Chaṅ Phrū Rhaṅ founded and built the city of Ratanāpūra in CS 1127. A white elephant was offered to him from Maveḥ town in CS 1137 and was named Chaddān Pyoṅ Kyau. The author is the master of king Chaṅ Phrū Rhaṅ's son Ṅa Caṇ̃ Kūḥ and he wrote this poem for him. During Ṅa Caṇ̃ Kū's reign, the author was given the title Maṅḥ Rai Rājā and Palip village was also handed to him. During the reign of king Bhuiḥ tau Bhurāḥ (first founder and builder of the city of Amarapūra) the author was honoured with the titles Hūrāḥ Ññui and Sīripaṇḍip and the town of Kyok Raṅḥ Toṅ Sā was given to him.
