Aims and objectives
The aim of the project is twofold. Firstly, we intend to finish digitisation of the manuscripts in the collection of the Biblioteca Generale (BG) at St Saviour Monastery in Old Jerusalem, i.e. the books which fell off the framework of the project EAP823. and these which very recently joined the collection of the library. Secondly, we propose to record a group of unique incunabula some of them with handwritten additions and illuminations. We plan to use the equipment purchased for EAP832 which significantly reduces the cost of the current project.

The records copied by this project have been catalogued as:
- Collection of Manuscripts (Recent Additions), Incunabula and Rare Books at the Monastery of St. Saviour in Jerusalem (Biblioteca generale di Terra Sancta)
Due to the cyber-attack on the British Library in October 2023, the archives and manuscripts database is currently inaccessible and we are unable to provide links to the catalogue records for this project.
