Page 2 To their left a young man. After listening to the proceedings for a while they get them translated into Spanish. Apparently the girl wants to marry the young 'buck' but her parents are not content with the exchange - they want more alcohol than they have already drunk and originally agreed to. The whole presided over by the judge who thinks for a while and then manages to extort a further purchase of alcohol from the old couple from his shop supposedly for the young man.
