Javier López Moreno, the Governor of Chiapas (in 1994), originally from Tenejapa helping to carry (RHS) one of the Saints (Tatik Martin), during a religious procession for one of the festivals in Tenejapa. They are located at the top of the street that runs up to the Town Hall (which can be seen in the background). Note the people standing on its steps. The next Saint in the procession is just visible on the LHS.
