Mrs Von and Phu with family,who is faith built new Kuti for Pha One Ta Santapanyo,abbot of Vat Manolom Luang Prabang (Biography before contruction Kuti happen was! ).Mrs Phu was born in Luang Prabang and she grew up in middle Laos was revolution 1975. because she be the opposite side and felt terrible,at the same time she decide go away from Laos to live in the 3rd country but problem is the money that she had not enough.she think out then she come to Vat Mano to see Pha One Ta Santapanyo to borrow money was the purpose,after met him then she told her purpose that i would like to go way from Laos but my money not enough,may i borrow your money ?.He said borrowing has less percent to pay back because both us don't know what will happen?and how you are? please change theword borrow be the word beg is better us then she did follow his advice,means he gave helping free, then she left Laos for U.S.A.. 22 years later Mrs Phu and family come back to visit Luang Prabang in 1997,after arrived first she went to Vat Mano to pay respect him.but at that time Pha One Ta was ill ans he sent to 103 hospital in Vientiane when she gets news she flight back to Vientiane.
