Lao government offered Sayasak Keopanya, The Luang Prabang city mayor to take care and manages the funeral of Pha One Ta Santapanyo, abbot of Vat Manolom. Because he is a family member and posing a portrait in front of coffin for souvenir. This photo was taken in Nov.2003.
