Tai Leu lady with tradition tribal dressing at Ban Hat Kham, Pak Ou district, Luang Prabang province by roll up the hair and wear the cotton Shin,flower Shin,with bracelet,with necklace. Pha Khamfan took by himself when he been to build the main Buddha statue in the Sim(main hall) at Vat Ban Hat Kham and spread of Buddhist route in the north part of Laos in about 1950s.
