Pha Man, Abbot of Vat Sisavanthevalok or Vat Sangkhalok. He was the one who's a villager of Ban Sangkhalok. He passed away in 1990s.The Buddhist Archive of Photography in Luang Prabang printed a copy of this photograph and put in a frame and then send to Vat Sangkhalok on 10th Sep, 2010.
