Phra Khamfan Silasangvaro, Abbot of Vat Suvanna Khili. Adviser of the Lao Sangha, former Chao Khana Khoueng (a chief monk of the provincial Buddhist Sangha) of Luang Prabang. He offered this photograph to Vat Xiang Maen for a holiness in 1968, at the age of 67.
