Pha Lak Kham Viravisutthikhun (Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela, 1920-2007), Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, President of the Provincial Buddhist Fellowship Organization of Luang Prabang. Photograph was taken at Pha Dhartu Khuang Santi Cetiya at Vat Pa Phon Phao Vanaram during a practice of Parivassakam (annual ritual retreat of purification) in 1990, at the age of 70.
