Phithi Upasombot (a monk's ordination) in Sim of Vat Vixunnarat, under Pha Khamfan Silasangvara Maha Thela, Abbot of Vat Suvannakhili is a preceptor, Pha Khamchan Virachitta Thera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam is a right-hand prayer and Pha One Ta Santapanyo, Abbot of Vat Manolom Sattharam is a left-hand prayer. Mr. Banjong and Mrs. Bunthan, owners of Banjong Studio at Visoun village, Luang Prabang are the chief-donors for the ordination. This photograph represents the two prayers chant for the newly ordained monk in the Sim, surrounded by the Sangha. (This photograph is the same collection of B4692, B6273, B6275, B6276 and B6574).
