Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela (left), Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam has held Phithi Theraphisek (a ceremony of sprinkle water) for Pha Oun Kham (Joy) Suksavatdy (right) to be his last pupil as a foster-son at Sala 80 of Vat Saen Sukharam in February B.E.2550, A.D.2007, five months before the death of Pha Khamchan. A layman sitting on the left of Pha Oun Kham is Mr. Ajan Kaeo Suksavatdy of Ban Fay, Pak Ou district, Luang Prabang province, an elder brother of Pha Oun Kham. Chromogenic print.
