High Lao monks at Ivolginsk,a Mahayana Buddhist monastery which is the seat of Buddhism in Russia,near Ulan-Ude,capital of the Buryat Mongol Autonomous Soviet Republic at the time of Lao monk's visit.And received by Mongol patriarch,His Holiness Khambo-Lama.Lao Sangkha delegation were chanting to bless in the ceremony.the photo was taken in May,31st,1969,(see Nr.A0998-A1025,B3243).
