Sikottaboun pagoda in Thakaeh of KhammUan province,The ordination hall was built by Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela,former abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam Luang Prabang in A.D.1966 by followed the request of general Bounlert Sanichan.
