This photo shows that Sathou Onkeo Kittiphattho, Abbot of Vat Pak Khan (right) who was received to water marking Bindu (to make a robe allowable by applying a disfiguring smudge) which has Phra Khamlar Soukhaphon (left) who is a faith for monk watering ceremony helping him.
