Preservation of Lao Manuscripts Programme was established in 1999 by the Government of Lao P.D.R and the Gervernment of Federation of Germany Cooperation. Lay people of Ban Vat Nong doing a research, cleaning and registering numbers of Lao manuscripts in front of the main hall of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang.
