Preservation of Lao Manuscripts Programme was established in 1999 by the Government of Lao P.D.R and the Gervernment of Federation of Germany Cooperation. A novice and lay peopledoing a research, cleaning and registering numbers of Lao manuscripts in the main hall of Vat Saen Sukharam.
