He has been doing a reasearch, taking photographs and collecting information about Lao tradition, custom and Buddhist ceremonies in Luang Prabang since 1994. He has written and published many books about tradition, custom, Buddhist ceremonies and meditation of Buddhist Sangha of Luang Prabang. He has established Buddhist Archive of Photography in Luang Prabang and he is now (in 2008) a project director of Buddhist Archive of Photography, Luang Prabang.
