The opening ceremony of of the 1st training for the teachers of Phra Pariyattidhamma (school of Dhamma Scripture ) of Luang Prabang at Vat Siphoutthabat between 4th-20th June in 1968 (B.E. 2511). A monk who sat on the first row on the right, is Sathou Nyai Onta Keopanya, the abbot of Vat Manorom.
