Lay people from the organization of villages in Luang Prabang came to put up a wreath to pay respect to the soul of Sathou Nyai Saysamout Chotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao who passed away on the 19th of March, 1992. Sathou Nyai Bounthan Pounyakamo, presently Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao, was organizing this ceremony.
