The coffin of Sathou Nyai Saysamout Chotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao, has been kept and made merit in Phra That Khuang Santi Chedee at Vat Pa Phon Phao from the 19th of March (when he passed away) till the 3rd of May, 1992. During these three months, there were the Abhidhamma (analytical doctrine of Buddhist canon) chanting ceremony, the Yotmouk (the sermon of liberation, especially during the funeral procession) chanting ceremony and a sermon every night.
