Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, a chief monk of the Buddhist Sangha of Luang Prabang, is putting up a wreath to pay respect to the soul of Sathou Nyai Saysamout Chotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao, in Phra That Khuang Santi Chedee at Vat Pa Phon Phao in April, 1992.
