The sermon of the three Dhamma-seats of Sangayana (the great Buddist council) giving ceremony for offering to Sathou Nyai Saysamout Chotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao, who passed away on the 19th of March, 1992, headed by Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam (sitting on the in the middle), Phra Ajan Maha Charoun Vajirarangsi of Vat Phon Pha Nao in Vientiane (sitting on the Dhamma-seat on the left), and Phra Ajan Maha Vichit Singharat of Vat That Luang Neua in Vientiane (sitting on the Dhamma-seat on the right). There are monks and novices and lay people attending this ceremony in Phra That Khuang Santi Chedee at Vat Pa Phon Phao in April, 1992.
