A souvenir photo taken in front of the main hall of Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram on the 25th of April, 1974, during Boun Mahachath (the festival of Prince Vessantara) at Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram which took place from the 25th till the 27th of April, 1974, in order to collect funds for building Vat Phonxay, headed by the Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera (Bounthan Boupharat) of Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram (sitting on a chair).The monks standing from the left to the right in front are: 1. Sathou Nyai Saysamout Chotiko, Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao, 5. Sathou Nyai Phoummy Phalappatto, Abbot of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang, 6. Sathou Chanpheng Phalitathammo of Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram, 8. Sathou Nyai Mao Manivangso, Abbot of Vat Xiengthong, 10. Sathou Nyai Onta Santapanyo, Abbot of Vat Manorom and other monks.
