Manuscript stone laying ceremony for building Phra That Khuang Santi Chedee at Vat Pa Phon Phao, headed by the Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera (Bounthan Boupharat) on the 25th of April in C.E. 1975, corresponding to Friday, the 15th day of the waxing moon of the 6th month of the Buddhist calendar in B.E. 2518. Senior monks from the left to the right in the front row: Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitto, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, the Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera (Bounthan Boupharat), Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvaro, Abbot of Vat Khili, and Sathou Nyai Ouneheuan Hasapanyo of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang.
