Pha Ann at Ban Pak Ou of Pak Ou district of Luang Prabang province in 1994.Pha Ann was located at where Nam Ou against Mekong, between of Ban Pak Ou. It is high cliff when you get on boat by Nam Ou you will pass this cliff. (there are two of thi photo).
