At the mountain of Vat Hath Siaw, side bank of Ban Xieng Maen, Sathou Phor Sisouphan (3rd from left) building place for meditation and build duplicate Buddha as where of Buddha birth, where of Buddha enlightenment, where of giving the wheel of doctrine or law at mountain next to of Vat Hath Siaw and he passed away in 1994. As of Villagers believe that that place ther was giant who take care this place don't let sathou Phor Sisouphan build Buddha at here and make him sick.
