Sathou Nyai Phoummy Phralappatto, Abbot of Vat Nong Sikhounmouang during in 1953-1995, a chief monk of Luang Prabang district Buddhist Sangha. He passed away on 11th June in 1995 at Vat Nong Sikhounmouang by end of oldest ages.
