Chao Khoun (the right venerable monk, a title unofficially used in speaking to or of monk of a higher rank), Abbot of Vat Chedee Luang in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He gave this photo to Sathou Nyai Bounchan Keophothichitto, Abbot of Vat Xieng Muan as a souvenir in 1990s.
